[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted activation of vas service and worst customer care experience | |||
Without my approval aircel has activated one vas service cost 75rs then later in 2hours i have called them and requested them to deactivate and refund back the money. they accepted my request and told me that they will deactivate within 24 hours and refund my money. Nothing happened, i followed back again the next day after two hours the other executive assured me that the refund will happen in another 24 hours, Again nothing happened, then the third day i have followed back again another executive raised an appellate request, in 2hours they resolved the appellate request. then the 4th day i called them up i. e., today they are telling appellate request is closed and refund will not happen because request is raised after 48 hours. but logically i have called them up in the same day and requested. don't know what to do, worst customer service experience, thinking to switch over to some other service provider. this vas service is not at all a useful one to anyone, the content they deliver is available for free in internet.
