[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted auto renewal of sms pack | |||
Mobile:[protected] I stopped recharging my mobile because of auto renewal of sms pack by the company after trying all methods to deactivate it and to no avail. now i recharged it with rs 150 and i get a message that "your sms pack will be auto renewed in 3 days, to continue please maintain balance" What is this?? and to discontinue?? keep your balance drained?? I tried calling consumer care of aircel but you see it is easier to clear upsc than to reach their customer care executive. and the machine generated message says that i have no vas activated in my account. what am i supposed to do now? please solve this issue asap.
