Aircel — Unwanted balance detection in the name of data usage | |||
Balance has been detected without any reason . i was using my home wifi, and Aircel kerala detected balance from my account. how can they detect balance when my mobile data is off ?? total 3 times, 1.75+.25+.25. when i called customer care support, they treated me like i'm faking it, and a guy named amal babu a from chennai customer care support, talked to me like, i can call him as his father . what kind of manner is that ? this is how aircel customer care treat their customers ? just because i bought their sim ? i want resolution for my problem right now, balance detection with [protected] contact number : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
