Aircel — Unwanted balnce deduction-service activation | |||
My aircel no-[protected] was charged rs30 for some service i didnt opt for... Today at aroun 7.15 Am a service was activated without any permission hence please refund my money. This type o[censored]nwiling balance deduction with any prior information or permission is not fair, it is against the company policy. Also it causes a fall of trust in the service provider. Hence i request you to please look into this matter and get it resolved as soon as possible so that idont loose my trust in aorcel and continue using it, otherwise because of these unwiling deductions i will have to go for the other options.
