[Resolved] Aircel — unwanted charges deduct and misbehaving while calling on phone. | |||
Hi, My name is Aditya. i m fed up with the service of Aircel company every time a new service is activated and deduct balance, when we call on customer care of Aircel these agents are very difficult to handle and not able to handle customers well. Today 17th of November. Same thing happen again when i woke up in the morning at 10.30am i saw 2 services activated on my number at 9.30 and they deduct the balance for same..immediately i call on customer care of aircel to know how they activated this service without my approval. a person attend the call and i tell everything to him, without asking my name and number he told me they can't do anything, i said ok you transfer this call to your senior instantly he said no there is no senior available in the office. At 10.30am on Monday no senior available he said no, than i ask you just tell me your name and my complaint number again he said no, he told me they are not allowed to tell their name and complaint number and he disconnect the call. After that i call back 3 times thought this time may be a good person attend me well and resolve my issue but same thing happen again and again nobody attend the call well and neither resolve my issue..i don't understand what kind of service they are providing. when i consult to other user for that same issue i was shocked everyone complaining same. They are cutting unwanted balance from very user and not returned it to take very high profit. Please help me out and i want to take an strict and legal action on them.
