[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted subscription(VAS)-Reg | |||||
I am not subcribe any VAS(Value added service) in my Mobile number, But owenly activated VAS and detected my talktime account. now activated Games club and STORE 99. I am trying to deactivate through SMS 155223.But it show you are not subscribe any VAS service like that. same problem happen on 06/09/2016, i send the mail and rectified the problem, now again started. Verified Support Mar 27, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Kamalak Kannan, We would like to inform you that as per our system check the service is deactivated. Further, to deactivate any VAS service, you can just type STOP and send it to 155223 OR you can call on our toll-free number 155223.
