[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted VAS activated and customer support not able to de-activate it | |||
I don't know how a VAS service(NDAIRSMS2N) is activated automatically in my aircel no - [protected](Delhi) from 1-Sep-2016. And when ever i call the customer care they told me that right know there is problem going on server. we can't do anything right know . please call next morning and this service continues till now and my balance is getting deducted every morning.
