Horrible appellate authority. Keep the complaint aside, they havent ever called backed or even officially replied to my written (Mail) complaint. On my constantly persuing them, all they do is buy a little more time. Aircel sent a special data offer. To avail the same i recharged but the special extra benefit wasn't given. It happened twice. Matter brought in concern to 198. On being unresolved i approached the appelate. No initiative to resolve or respond. What next? How can i take it higher..? Nodal officer up east..? Contact details? Verified Support Oct 06, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Gautam Macker, As team already told you that you are not eligible for the offer because offer benefits is only for once in a month and you have recharged 3 times in a month in which you get 1 time benefits. And you are not eligible for the benefits of rest 2 recharges.
