Aircel — Vas activation

Aircel detucts rs 75 from my balance and send a message of activating social book for 15 days, as the above service are not activated by my side, aircel are cheaters they always detucts balance, by activating these type of faltu and bakwaas services 3-4 times a month Please do not do these type of incorrect activities and kindly refund the balance. You have activated the vas packs hence has been charged as per the activation. Now as per your request pack has been deactivated and amount of Rs76/- has been reversed to your account as talktime.

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs.75/- got deducted dated- 14/12/2015 due to Activation of VAS - SSBO75- srrs through WAP. Credit of 75/- has been posted in your A/C from our end dated - 16/12/2015
