Kindly check my past deduction which is done because of above and if any others VAS too.
I am getting those sms since my number got activated.
Deduction are made in Rs.5, Rs3, and could be more different per day.
I have not got any confirmation of these VAS activation and deduction. It is simply deducting my balance per day. I want to say that till my number got activated I didn't made any request to activate any VAS.
And also my customers care support has been blocked on 198. After making complain of my number that particular number becomes blocked to call customer care, but if I try from different number it gets connected and even that different number gets blocked after making complain about that number. In return excuse comes all our executive are busy even I have called lots many time. 198 executive have talked as the discussion is going on for bargaining of any vegetable item. They are saying you are arguing unnecessary, the amount which is refundable that can only returned. But it is ok if my Rs 50 gets deducted and you people will say only 5 rupees is refundable. Kindly train those executive how to talk like a gentleman/gentlewoman.
