[Resolved]  Aircel — VAS (NDAIRSMS2N) activated automatically

I don't know how a VAS service(NDAIRSMS2N) is in my aircel no - [protected] (Delhi) from 30-jan-2017. And when i call the customer care they told me that dial *121*0200# ti deactuvate this service. i try that code many times but still sercive dont deactivate from my number. seriously it is a worst response of aircel. very dissatisfied from aircel.

I called Aircel today, The customer representative told me no waiver can be issued. Why? I didn't even know that it was a SMS pack.

I don't know how a VAS service(NDAIRSMS2N) is in my aircel no - [protected] (Delhi) since 25 March-2017. And when i call the customer care they told me that dial *121*02# to deactivate this service. i tied that code many times but still service is activated on my number. seriously
Aircel customer care saying, Rohit Kumar (Customer Care Executive) is advising me to buy a new sim and throw old one..

Please resolve this... ASAP.
