[Resolved] Aircel — VAS subscription cost of Rs.75 got Deducted. | |||
Hi, This is PrakassBalaji K from Chennai and Iam using Aircel Mobile Internet ([protected]) and this is the second time my Balance of Rs.75 got deducted and I got reason for deduction as a Flash message saying VAS Subscription Cost and later followed by a message Thank you for using Aircel Services. When contacted Customer care no proper Response and they were lying that i have downloaded Paid website Services which is not related to Aircel. If so why should I receive a message as Thank you for using Aircel Services. When i tried to contact Higher official Iam not getting proper response and the guy disconnected the call. According to TRAI regualtions, they are not permitted to activate any services and deduct amount. This is continuing for 2nd time and Sent a message to 155223 but no reply from that number too. These kind of cheatings will happen only in India. Could you please re credit Rs.75 and make sure it is not happening again. Was this information helpful? | |||
