[Resolved] Aircel — Verification process very wrost | |||
Hi Team, Recently I converted my aircel number from postpaid to prepaid. For that, collected 733 rupees(postpaid bill amount Rs. 467+ 15 days postpaid charges + prepaid connection amount). I provided same proofs in aircel store. Now it is converted to prepaid, but there is no outgoing facility. If I called, it is diverting to verification center and that people informs me like it will activate in 30 mins...same word from last 3 days. At last, supervisor informing me like please contact aircel store. I need below clarification and need connection immediately. 1) why it is still in pending status as I provided the same proofs which I provided for postpaid. 2) If postpaid, you people will come to our offices, collect the proofs..and do the process..Now I provided all correctly by going directly to aircel store. Still why should i go aircel store without my mistake. 3) Are you people treating, prepaid users are beggars to come by leaving his/her own works. Was this information helpful? | |||
