Aircel — Very bad customer serivice

Hi, I have post paid connection for [protected] number listed in the subject. I used it only for 15 to 20 days and got transferred to Bangalore. So I contacted ur show room in kolathur to get the number disconnected. The rep told that I have be in a lock in period for minimum three months. So I stopped using it and got transferred.. few days back I received a call stating that my number as been deactivated and I need to pay around 800 rs . I said I will make the payment soon and don't want that number to be activated. Meanwhile got into serious personal problem that my father is hospitalized and couldn't make the payment. Today I received a call from person named arumugam [protected] and he is using very bad words. I never expected such a thing from a company like aircel. This is really disgusting and embarrassing. Is this the way you deal with customers? How do u recruit such .

Hi Yousuva Raja,

It has already been informed you on the alternate contact number as you are not going to use the number in future, also you has cleared your outstanding, mail reply has been given to you requesting to clear the pending outstanding of Rs.113/- and also informed you that another bill will get generated on prorated basis.
