Hello,
I have purchased an Aircel Micro Sim one and half month back on July-2016. And upto one week back i was using this network without any difficulty. But from the last one week my SIM was showing full network but all the services was completely of (Incoming, Outgoing, Internet, Messages). After this i have contact nearest Aircel Office, and they told me that Aircel has stopped services of the users who have not submitted the ID& Address Proof documents and Aircel has also given the users a prior notice.
But while purchasing the sim i have submitted the copy of my UID with my Passport size photograph and also i have not received any prior notice from Aircel to stop my services.
Two days later of my complain my sim gets started only for that evening. And in the morning my sim was not showing any network, and from that morning to as on date means from the last three days my sim is not working.
It will only take one day to purchase a new sim of any other network. But this is your responsibility to keep your customers connected with your network.
