[Resolved] Aircel — Worst customer service i ever experienced please close this company | |||
I wanted to known details as my balance was showing up less when I just woke up I called air el customer services and a girl pick up the phone she was first of not ready to help as she said our system is down call back later then when I insisted that I can wait then she said system are working now and then when I said I want to known regarding the last call made she said visit air el gaoler for the same not at all helpfull no respect for customer then when I again insisted she was over talking to me and then said okay the last number u called is showing a deduction of the amount and then again she said thank you for calling this people are just rediculous not ready to help why do u air el employee such cheap staff who are so redeculant and not ready to help I again requested her and she then gave the last 4 digit of the number and then when I said is there any ussd code she said no and I said other proivders are giving the code and she said u switch to other provider then in a rude way and then not ready to listen and said due to some line error I have to hung up the call and repeated the same word three times and I was talking to walls and the phone got dissconnected worst service Aircel customer service is the worst in the world please do not by aircel prepaid or postpay plans Was this information helpful? | |||
