[Resolved]  Aircel — Worst experience with airtel back office and fool by the senior executive

Dear sir

My self "vaibhav sharma" and my number is "[protected]" from delhi circle.
I did not expect from your aircell organisation. that is my worst experience from your organisation.
In last month 13 oct 2016, i have seen your website (http://www.aircel.com/) and select 'rate cutter' for 'prepaid' number in 'delhi circle'. it was shown "72.0 inr" recharge valid for "90 days' with std call rate "40 paisa/minute". after that i have recharge from local shop/agent. actually i have used this plan from last 9-12 month.
So after receiving the confirmation message of "72 recharge", my plan is activated for 28 days std call rates for "25 paise/minute". but your website shown the 72.0 inr" recharge valid for "90 days' with std call rate "40 paisa/minute".
After that i have contact to your customer support on '121' in mid day of 13 oct. 2016. your executive transfer my call to her seniors. that person check website and says that 'sorry sir, our plan is change in 7 oct, but not change in the website"'. and they was forward the compliant/request to his seniors.
And provide me the compliant/request number: 1-[protected]

L rate "40 paisa/minute". after 2 days (15 oct 2016 at 4:33 pm ist). i have received a call from your office. a lady executive says that "sir, i am priya calling from aircell backoffice". and discuss the issue and check on the website when i have on the line. and says that, i will call back soon with discuss with the some seniors.
After this discussion, i have get one another call(+91-[protected]) on days almost 46 minutes later (15 oct 2016 at 5:14 pm ist). in this call your executive priya says "sir, sorry for inconvenience, your 25 paisa/minute scheme is upgrade for 180 days". after this i ask one more time to confirm about the days, and she says "180 days sir". and then call is disconnected.
I have both the call recordings of your executive.

After 28 days later, my plan is stop down last night. and today morning i talk to your support center and your senior executive mr. deepak says you are contact to our backoffice team.
So, i don't expect from your side. you are not lie about the issues, and completely fool to the customers.
You are not know the value of the your service and customer time.

So please contract/call me as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you that as per our record you have done the recharge RC_72 dated on 13th Oct’16 in which you have received correct benefit as per the recharge policy (All STD mobile calls @25p/min for 28 days) as plan has revised due to market revisions and there is no discrepancy has been observed at our end.

Furthermore, we have initiated corrective action against the executive and assure you that the same will not be repeated assuring you best services in future.
