Aircel — Worst of worst network ever

This mobile network provider should be shut down by the government right now. They charge money as and when they feel like as if we are here to pay there expenses since they are already a flop company. They create problems and solve at a rate we all can well see in the consumer forum. My problem is same as the others. 35 rs being deducted from balance for some service. I am thinking of going up and revealing with screenshots about this mobile network providing on the social networking site so that people are not fooled anymore.
And the behaviour of there staff (So called customer care executive) god knows who gave them a job who don't even know how to behave with the customers. Some of them use slangs in different languages when they are unable to solve the problem. Aircel it's time you shut down the services. Sim discarded!!!

Aircel is becoming the worst. There is no way to contact a customer care person. Only unwanted options they keep playing. Its so irritation contacting them. They dont give a option to talk to them.

For every call they first play their ad voice over .. Think of the situation when its emergency. Recently a call came to my phone from [protected]. And i lost a balance over Rs 200. Whom to complaint? AIRCEL: are you listening atleast?
