Hey my name is vishal i bought aircel sim card from new delhi and also i live in delhi.but everytime i tried to call someone it says you are in roming even from my home which is in south extenstion and i belive it"s a part of new delhi and i called customer service first lady she said they got server down then 2nd guy put my call on hold and the he hung up on me then 3rd guy he abused me and hung up on me i want resoulation i am unhappy from the aircel services and their customer services as well and i can"t change my number because my aircel number is registered everywhere that"s why i have to tolerate this can anyone help me .. Iam recharged with 32 rs call rate should be 1.2 praise for 2secs but it's costs double I.e 2praise for 1 sec.iam recharged with mobile itself showing that 32 rs recharge is for 1.2p/2secs but its charging me double.i also called to customer care but not get right solution.please provide solution for the same
