[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong bill and and irritating calls from them and worst customer service and also backend service

I received bill for more than 1100 rs i ask them, they simply said one vas service is activated in ur number, so u can 399 rs for that vas service, but i never received any msg from them, after them long process, they said we reduced that amount u pay only ur usage amount, so i am also pay the amount, after that they will continous calling to me, and sent more than 200 msgs u will pay 399 rs,
total worst service and no trust from them, my number is [protected]

We would like to inform you that as we have verified your number and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 14/1, 21/1, 28/1, 28/1 and 29/1/2017. The packs are GClub35, GOMSSF75, DMSDTVF75, SKMFDW49, DIGTVM & SKMFDW49. Hence, the amount of Rs.347 has been charged and authentic.

Till i received more call and msgs from aircel for wrong billing payment, customer service is there or not, i never activate any VAS service, so many msgs i received for bill payment, i received 5 times per day, if any vas service is activate, then Why they never send any msgs(for activated vas charges, vas period), full and full wrong billing, and worst customer service and backend team also
