[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong deduction of balance and data benefit expires before validity

Sir/madam
I recharged with 175rs data benefit plan on 2nd october ony no.[protected] i got message from aircel that 1 gb data day validity 28 days and 1 gb data night validity 7nights (screenshot of same is attached for your reference) but on 23rd october rs 15 & rs 140 was deducted from my main balance on account of data usage which was informed to me by your customers care executive and further added that validity is of 21 days and not 28, i had around 200 mb data left to my credit, i don't understand how come u deduct balance from my account on 22nd day when u promised a validity of 28 days, i want my balance refunded also the data benefit left in my account asap. i am not unable to use data on my phone due to the same.
Please look into the same and arrange to refund my wrongly deducted balance and left data benefit at earliest.

Even after having valid documentary evidence Aircel is not waiving the wrongful balance deducted by them, they are just letting the issue hang so eventually I would get tired and they don't have to waive the balance, I received a mail from care.[protected]@aircel.co.in that the deduction was valid as validity is 21 days not 28 days, even after sending the screenshot of the message received from Aircel they are not admitting their fault and I don't understand how long one has to wait after posting a valid complaint with valid evidence,

Dear Harshit777,

As per system check, your service class was showing "8518_BASE_2.5p" (benefit:- Local calls 2.5p/Sec, STD calls 2.5p/Sec, Landline calls L/N 3p/sec SMS :-local Re1, National Rs 1.5, International Rs 5) & you recharge with PI PACK-175 benefit:-(get 1 GB Day 3G data for 21 days + 1 GB Night 3G data for 7 days).

As per CDR your balance got deducted Rs.157.80 for used GPRS in 3G connectivity from 10/23/2016 at 10:57 to 10/23/2016 at 18:28 (usage 9.121 MB as per default charges 15p/10KB), before balance Rs.17.84 & after balance Rs.0.04 on that time GPRS pack & GPRS balance was not available in your number that's why balance got deducted from main account.

So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.
