[Resolved] Aircel — Wrongful deduction of amount | |||||
Aircel had wrongfully deducted rs. 96 (did happen once before)from my account, for reasons unknown. When I tried contacting them just after receiving that deduction message. They denied that it's not their fault and its my fault that im browsing. So what they mean to tell its customer is first put a internet pack and then dont browse with it and if by any chance we browse, they will again charge us for browsing and charge us for using a service, about which we have no clue about. They are pathetic and their customer care is just dubious. Was this information helpful? | |||||
