[Resolved] Aircel — Wrongly balance deduction of rs 20/- twice and auto renewal of vas services | |||||
This is in reference to wrongly balance deduction of rs 20/- from no-[protected] on 23.08.2016 and auto renewal of games club twice in a month. I wan informed from aircell vide mail dated 24.08.2016 that vas services has been deactivated and the amount has been refunded. However, neither the amount refunded nor the services has been deactivated. I am repeatedly getting messages that gclub35 services has been auto renewed (Screen shot of my mobile has been attached). At present i am not having balance in my number, yet i am getting messages that " please recharge your number to continue with gclub35. My point is when aircell is confirming a customervia mail that the said services has been deactivated from their end. How it is possible that vas service is getting auto renewed again and again. I am attaching screen shot of all messages for ready reference. This is really very cheap means of the company. Vas is still active in my number and thats why i am not recharging my number. I know aircel will deduct amount again saying services has auto renewed. The worst part is when i complaint them vide my mail 29.08.2016. I am getting reply the query has been resolved and the amount has been refunded. This is very ridiculous. Was this information helpful? | |||||
