Aircel — wrongly charged | |||
My mobile no. Is [protected] on the name of Arvind singh On 27 feb I was surfing Internet service provided aircel .When I woke up morning message of service activated and reduced 30 rupees. On 28th feb when I complained on their costumer helpline they first didn't talk immediately and disconnected one time then after having 30 minutes engaged they disconnected . I tried second time and after a long time affort when I contacted them the boy of complain centre named Hemendra talked bad mannerly and challenged me to complain any where else but he would not refund money and will not help . so plz help me sir for my important precious time and mental torture given by this company sir this not first time . It happened many times . It happened on 4to 6 feb ago also Now again on march 1 when I was using Internet through Aircel . Again they charged about 70 rupees while I was having data net .
