[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrongly my balance amount cutting

I'm an aircel subscriber my mobile number is [protected] i'm recharged with rs 15/- they said we give full talk time if it is not add only 11/- add so now in that balance an other 10/- cutting for valley added service, i'm not subscribe any value added services the company was wrongly cut my balance i'm asking the costumer care they said you subscribe voice blogs service, i'm not subscribe sir please tack compliant against the company and punishment the company sir

We have checked your account and found that you have recharged with Rs.15 on 11th Oct’16 and you have received the talktime of Rs.11.54. We would also like to inform you that we have checked with the concerned team about the promotion of Rs.15 as they didn’t promoted any such offer. It would be a great If you can share the snapshot of the sms which you have received from us.

Further to this concern, we have checked your account and found that a value added service –Voice blog was renewed on 11th Oct’16 and the same was activated on 29th Sep’16 through an outbound call based on your consent for which Rs.10 got debited. We would like to inform you that service has been deactivated and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver for the service as it got activated from your end.

My aircel sim card registration failed... Re-registration required as soon as possible.. Mob no [protected].. Even i was not using sim from some time due to some reason but aircel company didn't inform me about this on my alternate no which was given during the time of sim card activation...
