You have deducted Rs 75 in the name of glamour zone subscriber without my knowledge. So you are requested to return the money. And to deactivate the subscription.Aircel firm is deducting money from the mobile account without any information and permission of the customer. On 18 august you have deducted 75 Rs on account of glamour zone without my permission. And today you have deducted Rs 35 on account of games center automatically without my knowledge. And customer Care No you have mentioned in the website is not responding. Even the deactivation message in stop 155223 not accepting any message. Your automatic customer care care service is in regional language . There is no any option for the people those they are using Hindi and English language. In view of the above you are requested to refund my earlier balance Rs 75 and today's deduction Rs 35 immediately. Otherwise i will file legal case against your firm and lawless service.

We have checked the account and found that games club & social zone service was activated in your account on 17th & 22nd Aug’’16 for which Rs.35 & 75 has been charged. We would like to inform you that service has been deactivated based on your request and we have credited an amount of Rs.35 towards games club service. We regret to inform you that we would not be able to pass any waiver social zone service which has charged Rs.75 as you have reported the complaint after 72hrs.
