[Resolved]  JetKonnect — Fare Deduction

Dear Sir,


I booked 6 tickets on JetKonnect Airline from Delhi (T3 terminal) to Dibrugarh on 16/2/2013 through the cleartrip.com ( Trip ID [protected]). On the Journey date, I had checked in and got the boarding passes 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. After this, there was delay due to long queue of passengers as well as security checks procedures. Because of this, we reached the final departure gate just 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight and did not allow us to board the flight. Finally we had to exited the airport. Now Jet Connect Airline had deducted the fare as follows with the reason as “No Show”. My query is that is this the valid fare deduction by Jet Conect in my case? If not, what options are available to me to recover the fare being deducted?
