This is regarding the delay in shifting of my connection. My broadband id is [protected]_kk. At each step of the process, i was misguided and given wrong information by visiting engineer and even after multiple escalation to floor supervisor on airtel customer care, there has been no resolution.
First of all, the engineer who visited for setting up the connection did not finish the task and left the premises telling me the connection will be automatically activated after few hours. This did not happen even after 3 days.
Then i was assured over phone that my router is faulty and it will be replaced I had already pointed out to the engineer to please check the wiring part as router was working perfectly fine in old premises. Next day engineer visited for some time and after checking with a new router told me the wiring is faulty and left the premises without providing any ETA or resolution or root cause.
Moreover, i had been interacting with customer care supervisor for over 3 days and have not got anything other than empty assurances which are not getting fulfilled. It seems customer care has no clue even for an escalated case. i was assured a resolution will be done within 24 hours as the router is faulty and will be replaced. Next day it was a new story altogether. And there is no clarity on what is the root cause of the problem.
So the bottom line is, it has been 6 days and my connection is not working. As a last resort i approached appellate authority but once again the same reply, we will check and get back to you. So finally had to discontinue my airtel broadband. Was this information helpful? |
