[Resolved] Airtel — 1000 Rs to be refunded

Hi, I applied for 3G registration and gave Rs 1000. But there was no network liability in my area. I called to customer care, but no one has helped me. I am mailing them from last three months, they just reply to wait for 24 or 48 hours. I don't know which kind of people they are. No steps taken, I got a fake call from this number 9670830553, Person from the other side was asking my bank account details. When I tried to cross-question him, he disconnected the call. Hence for this reason I am checking as complaint resolved. Expecting that complaint and the phone number would not be visible to others. Because I didn't get any option to erase the complaint.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
