I purchased new prepaid SIM after seeing the super exiting '12 months Unlimited data and call' plan only to be cheated by 'India's fastest N/w'. I purchased it only after going through the terms and conditions posted in their official site. I then recharged with Rs.349 to avail the benefit(1GB data/day for a period of 28 days as seen in their official page http://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions). To my surprise, it was 1GB data/month and not 1GB data/day. I raised complaint with customer care and the response was hilarious. I got an reply saying that I have received following benefit
"Unlimited Local+STD on all mobile & landline calls + 1GB 3G/4G data". I suppose, they forgot to mention if 1GB data is for per day or per month. Oh wait! were they "Playing Safe!!".
Trust is the main factor when dealing with the customer. Don't think, I would recommend anyone to buy this 'Open network' which is not really open to customers!!
There should be some strict action against such nuisance who openly cheats customer.
