[Resolved] Airtel — 2g data activated without intimation

Sir

I have prepaid sim card, number [protected] Gujarat area.
I did recharge my number with ₹ 500.00 as on 11/12/2016. And than after I activated 2g data plan of
₹ 196.00.
After it o got a msg from your side that it is auto renewal plan. But after it I couldn't get any msg that how to stop this plan and now suddenly your company deduct my balance and again activated 2g plan. So, I request u that please give me my balance back.
