Airtel — 399 pack not working | |
I recharged my mobile with the 399 pack on 17th of august. The pack had a validity of 84 days and was working smoothly until yesterday. Yesterday was the 28th day and out of the blue they have decided to stop providing me with the services i paid for. I have a 4g handset. I had recharged my friend's phone with the exam same pack and that is working properly. My transaction id for the recharge is:[protected] Dated: 17.8.17 Region: chennai Please retrieve my contact details from the same. I am a long term user of airtel and find it appalling that they should do this. It is seriously frustrating since whatever little balance i had came 0 because i didn't know that i am being charged for the internet from my main account. With no balance and no internet i was left in such a helpless state. Moreover none of the customers care numbers that were toll free were working. The others i could not use due to lack of balance. This a very wrong thing. I hope the can rectify it with a day or two because i am already upset with the substandard call quality being provided currently. I am studying in one of the top engineering colleges and will make sure that my experience (Good/bad) is known to all friends, seniors and juniors because they might also face the same problem in the future.
