I received a sms for 399 recharge valid for 84 days. After recharge, it is 70 days only. When called the customer care, they asked me to login a complaint on www.airtel123.in. which when googled does not show any search results.
Customer care officers were not at all friendly on the call. I was on wait for almost 15 minutes in 28 minutes call. The officer was not at all transferring the call to his officer though available and was bluffing. At last he connected the call. I am not sure why such foul games by airtel. Why do you send sms and after recharge why deny that offer is not available on this number. Moreover when my number is not in the offer category, why you send that misleading advertisements. Is it because i have been your customer for so long time though jio offers the best in industry. I think its time now. Was this information helpful? |
