I have some 3g data which ends on 13/11/2016.
To renew/extend my data i recharge with Rs-23 and Rs-29.In the previous time with this amount my validity is extended.
On 12/11/2016, i get information from the customer care that i have to recharge with the amount Rs-46 to extend the validity of my 3g Data.With this i will get another 125MB data which i seen in the airtel site also.But today when i recharge with Rs-46, validity is not extended.If it is not extended then why customer care executive give this type of fake information!!!
Today when i call to customer care they my call to higher authority, but after waiting for min. 5 mintutes, i discharge my line.Because i have to pay to call for customer care executive.
What to do, to get my money back.Because it looks like there is no co-ordination between customer care executive information and airtel decision.Also i have to think about to continue my airtel account. Was this information helpful? |
