Airtel 3G Dongle — Worst customer service

Mr.Gopi (Custormer service officer) has promised to revise the amount and sending the closing letter to my home. But nothing has been done till now. I am getting calls from airtel customer care, they tourchering me and giving mental stress for payment, for the not working 3g dongle why should i have to pay ?
.Why these people not understanding customer complaints and giving me a proper responses.I am not getting any proper updates and feedback from any customer care executives. I need a proper person to help me out of this and to be solved asap. Or else i will take this to leagle action.

where is custormer service officer, pls check four five month complants, affter post the updated,

NO REPLY FOR MY LAST COMPLAINT MADE HERE.MR.GOPI (custormer service officer) HAS PROMISED TO REVISE THE AMOUNT AND SENDING THE CLOSING LETTER TO MY HOME. BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL NOW. MR. GOPI(custormer service officer) MOBILE NUMBER[protected], DIDNT CLOSED MY 3G AIRTEL DONGLE SO MY CREDIT LIMIT HAS BEEN INCREASED NOW. I AM GETTING TOO MANY CALLS TO PAY THE BILL FROM LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. THE TORCHER ME LIKE HELL. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT. ITS GOPI'S MISTAKE WITHOUT INFORMING CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PROMISED ME BLINDLY FOR CLOSING THIS. I WONT PAY THIS AMOUNT. IF YOU DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR THIS PROPERLY. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.
