Airtel 3G Dongle — Worst customer service | |||
Mr.Gopi (Custormer service officer) has promised to revise the amount and sending the closing letter to my home. But nothing has been done till now. I am getting calls from airtel customer care, they tourchering me and giving mental stress for payment, for the not working 3g dongle why should i have to pay ? .Why these people not understanding customer complaints and giving me a proper responses.I am not getting any proper updates and feedback from any customer care executives. I AM GETTING TOO MANY CALLS TO PAY THE BILL FROM LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. THE TORCHER ME LIKE HELL. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT. ITS GOPI'S MISTAKE WITHOUT INFORMING CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PROMISED ME BLINDLY FOR CLOSING THIS. I WONT PAY THIS AMOUNT. IF YOU DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR THIS PROPERLY. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.
