On 23rd Jan'16 i have been recharged 3G for Rs 265/- through Airtel website. I got the message from airtel and the no is[protected]. The amount was debited from my ICICI account through net banking and the information is BIL/[protected]/AIRTEL recharge RTE[protected].
Till the date for net usage the amount was charged from my main balance instead of net pack.
Resolve this issue immediately and reimburse the amount till now charged from my talk time balance.
MY mobile no is [protected].
Had a conversation with Mr.Murthi & Mr.Ezhil, Santhom Office Chennai. There is no response and the amount debit from my account is not remitted to my bank account till 27th Jan'16.
