Airtel — 3g sim to 4g sim upgrade charges

Address:Valsad, Gujarat, 396001

I am from Valsad city. Here airtel express retailer is taking 50 rs charge of airtel 3G sim to 4 G SIM upgradation. They are even didn't give me payment slip or any other type of bill for which they are taking 50 rs.
