I called Airtel customer care same time. Exicutive told me that you are playing some game and clock on advertisement. But time of activation given by executive that time I was sleeping.
2nd thing my mobile was on WiFi data connection.it was not on mobile data.
And how Airtel can pay against me for anything and charge me in my bill. I have not taken any wallet service from Airtel. It was so frustrating that I can't explain. TRI should thing about it.
I have requested customer care to terminate my connection for both mobile and broadband. I don't want this BS service. I will loss my this old number which I seriously don't want. But I can't go with this type o[censored]nprofessional thing.
