Airtel — 4 days since amount deducted but recharge not done... fed up with airtel

I have done airtel recharge for rs 558 from airtel app through google pay... Amount is deducted but recharge not done. It's been 4 days since i did the recharge... Customer care not working... Where are you airtel??
I have checked the airtel transaction history... There also it's not visible... I
I'm attaching here the gpay transaction screen shot... Pls help
