Airtel — 4g and network problem

My number is [protected] last 10years i am connected with airtel. But i want to port other network due to 4g services nd network problem. I am very sorry to tell u that your (Airtel) srevice decreasing day by day

This problem is from last 6months
I have complaint this problem several times but there is no response. This is the service providing to the public by the airtel service provider

If not problem is not resolved i am ready to port another network i. E (Jio)

My bro is using jio because your advertise is telling that try all network and compare it
