[Resolved]  Airtel — 4g broadband multiple issues airtel

I had raised so many complaints with airtel customer care my4g connection.

Here is my initial mail when they didn't resolved it even after calling 2 times for 30 minutes explaining my problems

First of all before evening beginning to explain my issue.

I would like to mention that my experience with you folks has been so pathetic in terms of customer care and providing the services for which i am paying.

I had heard and experienced complete lack of professionalism from you folks in the past and other customer cares as well.

Anyways... Here are my issues and hope that these get resorted very soon.

1. I bought this plan on 18th aug 2016. Paid 5000/- and expected to use 100 gb worth of data. I was under the impression that the billing cycle was from the date of activation.

Now the things is from 18th aug 2k16 - 11th sep 2k16, it amounts to approximately 24 days and you guys have deducted approx 3984 from my paid 5000.

Now the catch is i had planned to use all of my 100 gb worth of data, but couldn't use it properly because the billing cycle reseted my available download for the month of sep-oct which begins at 11th or 12th every month.

First of all i wasn't aware of it.

Secondly because of this i couldn't use all of my data.

I talked to your customer care and after discussing with them i realized you charge it on a pro rated data per day approximately rs. 166 per day and not on the basis of data consumed.

I didn't get any data consumption on my sms on 50% usage or anything which means i have used definitely less than that. Meaning i paid a hefty amount of 5000 and didn't even used it because of this mis communication from your part.

I need a detailed clarification from your end and reimbursements accordingly asap.

2. Secondly when i bought the connection and paid 5k initially i was given a pemplate where another plan of 50 gb was there which i had decided to switch from next month billing cycle that is sep-oct. But when i talked to your customer care he mentioned that there is no such plan available.

I still have that pemplate with me and i can share the plans mentioned as well where 50 gb was for 2995.

Because of this confusion i can't even switch to this plan either and have to pay 5k to you for no reason.

3. I have complained to your customer care, your online protal for weak signals and engineer visit but no one has visited even after 4 complains.

4. Complaints made at your customer care or online portal have no way to be tracked. I logged request online as well but i can't see it anywhere which is so damn pathetic.

I need a detailed clarification from you folks on this matter asap, else i am planing to switch back to my previous provider which i have disabled temporarily. Infact there are better plans in market than what you guys are claiming.

I had called and even got request number when i talked a guy named arif who very confidently gave me a request and tracking number and when i called back again with that number, i was told that there is no such request.

Ofcourse that guy's name wouldn't have been arif in real but who ever that fraud was basically he represented you guys and that shows your over all professionalism.""""

I have never seen such pathetic customer care experience.
I was so interested in continuing my services but due such a weird experience i would hardly use or suggest airtel services to anyone.

I just called them today even today they have asked me to callback again due to some technical issue at their end.
I wanted to change my plan for so long only after discussing with these guys and over charging me for what i never planned to.

I won't be paying a single penny for airtel's mistake.
worst customer care for handling a customer and causing such a bad experience that i finally decided to disconnect my plan and the worst part is that these guys don't even acknowledge the same.
