[Resolved]  Airtel 4G — Poor service and false commitments

Hi, I have serious of issues with the AIRTEL 4G, my LTE # [protected]. I had internet outrage on 18th Dec 2013, so registered a complaint with AIRTEL Customer support [Reference # 54274531] and committed that they would resolve this issue in 72 hrs and the technical person had visited my place and said that there is a issue with the bank end team and they would resolve and confirm me. But after some time, they had simply closed my complaint saying that they were not able to reach, then from that day i had to keep on call AIRTEL for this issue and every time they reply that my previous complain has been resolved, and they take a new complaint. I wanted to highlight here that my complaint has never been resolved yet, but they simply close the complaint if its crosses 7 days, bcoz they do not want to slip on their SLA, s without resolution what's the point in having SLA. Now its almost 36 days, no proper internet connection, there were several complaint resolved and opened, but no resolution yet. I had escalated to the nodal officer as well, no response. Now today i had called up the customer service asking for the latest complaint status and they were keep on saying that i would be resolved in 48 hrs or 72 hrs, this is the only answer that they have. But they never worked on for a resolution. I am really pissed off with the way biggest brand AIRTEL handles their customer this way and the customer executive itself requesting me to look for a alternate service provider :) LOL. Thank god that i have recorded all those conversation recorded in my phone. Following are the achievement of AIRTEL service and customer support:- 1) 36 days complaint still very much active without any resolution. 2) They are very prompt in closing the complaint in 7 days even if it does not have a resolution, as they do no want to slip on their SLA's. - Clever~ 3) Always gives an answer that the complaint would be closed in 48 hrs or 72 hrs. 4) Bill their customers for the period where their is no internet connectivity at all, and we had to raise one more complaint begging for the wave off. 5) Now today customer care executive themselves asking their customers to look for a better service provider over the call. With the brand name AIRTEL is cheating their customers in a big way and eating our moneys, wake up friends. Thanks, Uday

I appreciate and agree that you are the first person to respond me on-time from the so called brand "AIRTEL". I would make a point here that i am facing this internet issue from 18-DEC-2013 and for the same I had registered a complaint on 19-DEC-2013. But so far no resolution has been provided and customer care executives asking me to look for a better service provider, indeed they are giving all false and conflicting answers saying that it's a Network issue, Device issue etc.

In addition to this, they have charged me Rs 1895 for the period where there is no internet connection on my side.

I am from a corporate company and our account manager suggested to go for AIRTEL, hence i opted for one and in total our team has more than 100 LTE's for our personal use.

I would like to highlight how i have been treated by the AIRTEL service and it's customer support. Now I am planning for a a strong escalation from my side about the phase am going though with AIRTEL 4G to our account manager and to the infrastructure team. So that no one from our corporate team does not go through this kind of poor service and harassment from the customer support and service.

I wanted to circulate this message to our friends and colleagues in our corporate company. So that the real face of AIRTEL comes into light. I do not want even my enemy to suffer with this AIRTEL 4G service and their customer support harassment. A big mental agony.!

LOL, no action, no resolution, no calls yet. Just an another passing cloud!
LOL, am really feeling pity on you, that you copy paste the same message across the consumer complaint and just change the date. Totally disappointed with the way AIRTEL service and it's customer support working.

19-DEC-2013 was the complaint registered date and you still more time to resolve this issue, are we building any satellite or what? You wanted 40 days for fixing an internet connection, Pathetic man and you just update the same copy paste message everywhere.

Friends and Folks, please do not ever think of going for AIRTEL brand in your life, they are the big cheaters in terms of service, cheating, customer care harassment.

The first and biggest mistake that i have ever done in my life time is going for an AIRTEL connection.

I had internet outrage on 19-DEC-2013, raised a complaint on 20-DEC-2013, complaint # 54274531 and i have been hearing only one answer from AIRTEL customer service is that they are still working on priority basis and my issue would be fixed in 48 hrs/72 hrs etc.

But the result is same, my internet connection is still not working, escalated to NODAL officer - no response, escalated to APPELLATE, they say that they are working on it and I had to call them every day get the latest on it and final word from them is that they would need more time to fix this issue.

I still wonder is it a rocket science to fix an internet connection? We have already celebrated New Year 2014!

Drafting one last e-mail, if I get no response or action on this, I am feel free to say Good Bye and quit from your service!
