[Resolved] Airtel — 4G ready sim connection | |||
I was offered a 4G ready sim connection by a airtel customer lady who persisted me to take this connection irrespective of me not interested at all. She said its a special connection for corporates which you can use for one month at offer price of 100 for the first month. If i was not satisfied i could disconnect the connection after the first month.And if i was satisfied could continue at 450/month. After 15 days o[censored]sage i get a bill of Rs250. I am really frustrated and would like to close this connection with immediate effect. But when i went to the airtel office they said you cant disconnect the connection for first three months. This is pure fraudlant activity from the company. When i tried reaching the customer care the call never goes through. Please dont cheat the customers this way. I dont want any pain and would simply like to close this connection without much hassle. Was this information helpful? | |||
