Airtel — 4g sim giving 3g connection and bad customer experience | |||
I have ported my number from telenor to airtel. I hoped that airtel provides good customer experience, but i was wrong. I ported to airtel 4g for which the service centre took 50 rs without any reciept. After 7 days the sim got activated but it shows 3g connection. Network is pathetic. It shows no service every 5 minutes. When i asked the service centre to explain why my connection is 3g, they simply said dial 121 and see yourself. When i did that, the voice says "you have a 4g handset, upgrade to 4g, contact nearest service centre". I'm fed up with people not ready to help or respond Was this information helpful? | |||
