I have received Airtel 4G SIM card 1 month back and from that time I have been facing many network connectivity problems. I spoke to many Airtel executives and Managers but none of them were able to address my concern.
Issue: I’m unable to make and receive calls during my office timings. I complained number of times but none of them were able to resolve it. I even took many duplicate SIM cards but I had the same problem. I even escalated to Airtel Appellate and Nodal team but even they are least bothered and didn’t resolved my issue.
They have even closed my complaint without my notice and without the resolution. When I asked them how can they close and they said that could be the issue was resolved hence they closed it. The service request number is 68455228.
I would say Management is least bothered in resolving customer concerns. I am using this number from last 8 plus years but they are least bothered.
I know how much my mobile is important to me because I dealt with client in an out and most of my clients got pissed off by calling me but my number won’t get connected. I’m so frustrated that now I’m switching to Vodafone.
