Airtel — 6 June to till now net disconnect | |
I am start facing net disconnect issue from dated 6 june 2020 and till now. Last 15 days the issue increased i called airtel agent ajay number of time. On dated 7 july i was in call with agent ajay he told me that we are not able to resolve your u can move to local network and close my ticket as issue resolve but my issue not resolve. I called to customer care they locked my issue ticket and i got call on dated 9 july from airtel agent and said to me sir your issue has been resolve and asking for happy code. But my issue that time not resolve. He called my 7 to 8 time for happy code i refuse bcz my issue stil not resolve. At 5pm on dated 9 july i got text from airtel related to my issue request will be postpone for tomorrow. Leter at i got another text from airtel it related to my issue was resolve but it still not resolve. Again i got call from agent at 6:57 pm that time i was busy and unable to take call. At 7 pm my net stop working and leter i try to call the agent but he cut my calls. Now it 11:44 pm still my net is not working. Agent cut off my net from there side.
