Airtel — 755 3g plan not working

Dear sir, This is really very rediculous the way you pepole treat an issue related to service, I have been writing about my problem but still can't get a proper response from you lest the solution of the problem . As I have written numerous time that my 755 pack of 3g which provide 4 gb 3g data and after that unlimited data @80kbps is not working since 2nd of february 2014 although I have taken the plan on 24th of january 2014 . I contacted your customer care so many time on this issue but they are not helping, today i talked your customer care executives mr. Virendra kumar who was by the way a rude and irresponsible person and doesn't know how to talk a customer was trying to force me down by saying the problem has been resolved I tried to reason with him but he was a impossible man . This is 3 months in a row with the same problem . I have been told by your side that my problem will be resolved by 9th of february 2014 from your side but some how I dought your sincerity .
