Airtel — [protected]- no 4g internet connectivity at every night

Dear sir,
My airtel number, [protected] is enjoying @499 plan, i. E, 2gb/day 4g plan for 84 days. And i noticed airtel is not providing services at every night starting from 6pm onwards. When contacted, airtel as usual started their concocted stories of proper settings.
I am using lenovo k8 plus note, with 3gb/32 gb variant.
Sir plse look into this matter urgently

I have Rs.176 balance in my account but Still I unable to dial,
Kindly fix the issue.

Data connection is very slow and call drop..data network set on 4g but it is a like 2g ...
