[protected] 4g lte datacard. all incidents are reported to airtel and you must have all the records. Oct 2015 - network problem reported t airtel. airtel network team checked and informed the signal issues Confirmed there was no issues with laptop/dongle in other location. New tower was scheduled by 3 months. weaved 20% in bills till aug 2016. Jan 2016 - airtel continued to say 3 more months Apr 2016 - promise remained same for next 3 months Requested multiple times that bill weaver is not a fix, no response on that Sept2016 - banalore band, non-working internet. 9 sept to 12th sept. Lost working hours. lost work and missed scheduled calls Sent multiple emails to airtel. emails were sent continously since 12 sept Harini from appellate listen to issue and scheduled a call from net. Net team informed signal improved. signal strenght was not really an issue, When informed about tower installation last year.net was clueless about that information Nobody read emails and called me. had to explain the story everytime i get a call Had to shout at them and ended up disconnect the connection on 22 sept Even after escalating it sunil bharti mittal, no response Paid the due amount to finish this all. airtel still sent the next bill after a lot of sarcastic emails Had to call back 121 and literally abused them as they did not understand what i went through When no response on emails and no help from 121, called the appellate team Sindhu from appellate helped to escalate it again to net.net later weaved off the last bill. Paid 12k + amount since last year, no late payments, no escalations. Airtel puts panelity when bill not paid in time, but there is nothing for customer if the service does not happen on time. As customer, one must be eligible for basic services, if vendor fails to provide the service, the vendor should be penalized. However, airtel has not answered my concern so far.
