[Resolved]  Airtel — A communicated acknowledgement response message

MY FIRST EMAIL TO AIRTEL

This is regarding a Ref.no.is QQDSMS[protected] registered on 04-oct-2016 10:58. But I haven't contacted the customer care and received this message
("Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 9791****60 has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your HYPERLINK "http://Ref.no.is"Ref.no.is QQDSMS[protected] registered on 04-oct-2016 10:58")
like this, which means someone has contacted and inquired something.
Now all I need to know is what was the inquiry is about and through which number they have called? I have tried asking this with the customer care executive (Jenishiah) by today[protected], 04:16 PM Approx.) but she said that there no update found on their side currently, like this. And myself cross checked ref.no. online at your portal unfortunately no details found.
So, I kindly request you cross check the HYPERLINK "http://ref.no"ref.no. and provide me the details on the same.
Will be awaiting for your valuable reply. Please make a response ASAP

MY SECOND EMAIL

Received another sms as same before.
"Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 9791****60 has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is QQDSMS[protected] registered on 07-oct-2016 15:48"
Which is not done by me actually.
Please do provide me the details without saying that you didn't received any update on your side.
I want to know who (their number) has inquired with my number and what they have enquired about.
Make this as high priority and kindly provide me the details to grid of this.

They have contacted me for the second mail and told me wait for 72hours as they mentioned in their reply mail. Within this I have received another message too.
"Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 9791****60 has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is QQDSMS[protected] registered on 09-oct-2016 07:36"
I haven't submitted this last message with the airtel.

And finally I got the call from airtel team saying that it's because of the MyAirtel App in your mobile. I have asked with them that I haven't accessed to the APP itself then why I'm receiving these kind of messages. For that he said its common for everyone it is system generated like that.

At last he put a mail saying that these messages are e- receipt which is sent for automatically from the system, like this and closed the issue.

But all these messages doesn't seems normal for me. Even if it is system generated mail means why the content of the message is like this that I have contacted them. It's looks like someone have contacted with my name.

Please do help me resolve the issue.
